摘要
在对生产物流合理化进行探讨的基础上 ,以一个典型的有色冶金企业为研究对象 ,通过对该企业物流状况的调查和问题剖析 ,提出初步解决方案和建议 .对有色冶金企业的生产物流合理化有一定指导意义 ,同时也丰富了有色冶金行业物流合理化研究 .
Based on the problems about the logistics of a typical nonferrous metallurgical enterprise, some recommendations and proposals are put forward which are useful to the rationalization of production logistics of nonferrous metallurgical enterprises, and also enrich the logistics rationalization study of nonferrous metallurgical trade.
