从分析风险投资的本质和作用入手 ,简要回顾了风险投资在我国的发展 .从系统论的角度指出 ,为了改善风险投资资金的供给状况 ,就要优化风险投资的运营环境 ,使风险投资体系的融资、投资、管理、退出诸环节进入良性循环的轨道 .针对我国风险投资资金供给方面存在的问题 。

To start with the analysis on the essence and effect of venture investment, the development of venture investment in China is briefly reviewed. From the systematic viewpoint, something should be done to make the system of venture investment inflow prosperously, outflow fluently and manage well in the course of the process in order to improve the venture investment capital supplying position. Several countermeasures and suggestions as to the problems existing in Chinese venture investment capital supplying position are proposed.
