Designing and Realization of the Management Software of Experimental Materials

实验物资管理是高校实验教学与科研的基础与保障。目前,笔者学校实验物资管理工作仍采用传统的手工记帐方式,工作效率低、失误率高、信息反馈性差,随着笔者学校办学规模的增大和投资力度的提高,这一弊端日益突出。为此,笔者利用先进的PowerBuilder 8.0开发工具,设计并实现了可全面实现高校实验物资管理任务的“实验物资管理系统”。本文详细介绍了“实验物资管理系统”的体系结构、运行环境及其所实现的功能和运行效果。

The Manangement of experimental materials is the basis and indemnity for experiments and research in colleges or universities. At present,keeping accounts by hand have been adopted in the management on experimental materials in our university. Its disadvantages of working inefficiency, many misplays, poor message feedback, are more prominent with the enlarging of the schooling scale and the growing of the invest power. Therefore,by using the advanced developing tool,Power Builder 8. O.we have designed and realizied the management system of experimental materials, which can realize all-round function of the management on experimental materials. This paper introduces the sysytem's structure.running environment,the function realized and the running effectiveness.
