以绿豆下胚轴再生愈伤组织效率为评价指标 ,对TDZ、4Pu 30、6 BA ,3种激素的生物学活性进行比较 ,结果表明TDZ、4Pu 30的细胞分裂素活性比 6 BA高 10 0倍 ,而在TDZ和 4Pu 30中 。
