摘要
开发了一个能适应轧件宽度变化范围较大的 2 3 0 0四辊轧机支撑辊辊型的计算机仿真程序 ,并研制了一种新的支撑辊辊型曲线 ,以提高该轧机的板形控制能力。生产应用表明 ,用新支撑辊辊型曲线可使钢板的横向同板差下降幅度达 60 %~ 75 % ,板形明显改善 ,薄板的边浪现象基本消除 ,轧制压力下降幅度达5 %~ 7 5 % ,辊间压力分布变化趋缓 ,轧辊磨损减少。
A computer simulation program for shapes of backup roll which is available to adapt to broader width variation of slab working in 2300 four high plate mill has been developed, and a new backup roll curve has been obtained to improve the ability to control the plate shape. The production application showed that with using the new backup roll curve the transverse thickness error decreased by 60%~75%, the plate shape was obviously improved and the edge waves of sheet were basically removed; the rolling force reduced by 5%~7.5% and the force distribution between rolls was smooth to reduce roll wear and prolong roll life.
