摘要
通过方坯结晶器上端内嵌石墨套改变结晶器内凝固坯壳层界面前沿的温度梯度 ,研究了给定的浇注温度下嵌石墨套对连铸坯凝固组织变化的影响。嵌石墨套结晶器显著改变其凝固壳前端钢液的温度分布 ,有效地抑制铸坯柱状晶的生长 ,扩大等轴晶区 。
The effect of embedded graphitic cannula on solidification structure of concasting billet has been studied at given casting temperature by a graphite cannula embedding in upper end of mould to change the temperature gradient in front of solid-liquid interface of cast strand. The embedded graphitic cannula can obviously change the temperature distribution of cast strand solidified front in mould, that is available efficiently to suppress the columnar crystal growth, develop the equiaxed zone and reduce the solidification segregation of casting billet.
