摘要
在Gleeble 1 5 0 0热 力模拟机上模拟了加热温度、变形温度和冷却速度对含Nb和不含Nb高碳钢组织的影响。试验结果表明 ,0 .71 %C钢含 0 .0 3 1 %Nb时 ,原始奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸减少 3 0 μm左右 ,再加热粗化温度由 1 0 5 0℃提高至 1 1 75℃以上 ,变形奥氏体再结晶温度由 80 0℃提高到 90
The effect of reheating and deforming temperature and cooling rate on structure of containing and non-containing niobium high carbon steel has been studied by Gleeble-1500 thermo mechanical simulator. The test results showed that as the 0.71%C steel contained 0.031%Nb, the average grain size of original austenite reduced by about 30 μm, the reheating coarsening temperature of steel increased from 1 050 ℃ to 1 175 ℃ and the recrystallization temperature of deformed austenite increased from 800 ℃ to more than 900 ℃.
