摘要
通过有限元模拟和实验 ,研究了用CSP(紧凑式带材生产 )技术生产 0 .0 5C超薄热带钢时塑性、剪切应变和温度、析出物对组织的影响。由于大的轧制变形量和形变诱导析出物的作用 ,该钢的晶粒尺寸由变形前的 1 70 μm减少至轧后的 6.5 μm。
Based on the explicit finite element simulation and experiment, the effect of plastic strain, shear strain and temperature and precipitation on structure of 0.05 C steel sheet produced by compact strip production (CSP) technology has been studied. The research results show that with heavy rolling deforming and deformation-induced precipitation the grain size of steel decreases to 6.5 μm in finished products from 170 μm in slab.
