石灰基预熔渣真空精炼超低硫低磷中碳钢的试验研究

摘要 精炼 4 5钢 (0 .4 6C)时真空和石灰基预熔渣可提高CaO CaF2 Fe2 O3渣系的脱硫能力及石灰的利用率 ,改善石灰渣系的脱磷效果 ,使硫含量从 0 .0 3 1 %降到 0 .0 0 2 4 %以下 ,磷含量从 0 .0 4 0 %降到 0 .0 2 0 The results of vacuum refining 45 steel (0.46C) with CaO-based slag indicated that the desulphurization capacity of CaO-CaF 2-Fe 2O 3 slag series and utilization ratio of CaO were increased by using CaO-based premelting slag, and the dephosphorization efficiency of the CaO-based slag was also improved - the sulphur content in steel decreased from 0 031% to less than 0.0024% and the phosphorus content in steel decreased from 0.040% to less than 0.020%.
