摘要
介绍了油田生产过程中采出水精细过滤技术,总结了纤维过滤、滤心过滤、硅藻土动态膜过滤等微滤技术在油田采出水精细处理中的应用情况,并对各种滤料进行了技术经济评价。研究表明在过滤初期,大多数过滤器可使水中悬浮固体含量达到1~3mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值为1~2μm,含油量为5~8mg/L,由于过滤材料反冲洗存在问题,影响了过滤器的使用寿命。为此,指出了油田采出水精细过滤技术的发展方向。
Fine filteration technology of the produced water during the oilfield production is introduced. Application of mi-crofiltration treatment of fiber, filtering element and di-atomaceous earth dynamic film to oilfield produced water is summarized. And various filter media are evaluated on economics and technology. The research shows that at the initial period, most filters can purify the water to 1- 3 mg/L suspended solid content at 1- 2μm median grain diameter, and 5 - 8mg/L oil content. The problem of backwashing in the filtration media influenced the operation life of filters. Therefore, the paper points out the development direction for fine filtration technology of oilfield produced water.
