摘要
本文针对啤酒发酵过程控制及其管理自动化的要求 ,提出了一套完整的啤酒发酵过程集散控制系统的方案。对发酵过程温度控制的系统特性进行分析 ,给出了一个模糊和PID结合的混和控制算法 ,并通过实际应用表明该算法在系统温度超调上比单纯的PID控制算法具有显著减少。本文提出的系统方案和算法已经成功应用于某啤酒厂。
Being aimed at the needs of the control and management automation in the process of beer ferment, the project based on DCS is brought forward in this paper. The temperature character in the process of beer ferment is analyzed and the hybrid control algorithm based on fuzzy and PID is designed. Compared with the conventional PID , the overshoot of temperature is remarkably decreased by this control in the real running. The system project and control algorithm in this paper is successfully applyed in a beer factory.
