摘要
针对现有计算机辅助工具对早期设计支持不足的特点 ,以层次化单元为基础 ,建立了一种介于概念设计与详细设计之间的装配模型 ,该模型即能充分表达早期设计中产品的功能需求 ,而且在描述产品必要结构的同时又能与详细的产品数据和几何信息产生一定的关联 ,使得概念设计结果能直接作为后期设计的输入 ,在后期设计中讨论了产品结构树的生成算法 。
Aimed at the deficiency of existing computer-aided design tools, the text attempts to build a kind of assembly model based on hierarchical cell which lies between conceptual design and detail design. The model not only expresses the functional requirement fully but also is related to product data and geometrical information while describing the essential product structure ,which make the result of conceptual design become the input of later design. The text discuss the arithmetic for producing bill of material in later design ,and a software system aimed at elevator product was opened up based on these methods.
