电气安装工程是大型石化装置安装施工工程中的一项复杂而又重要的子工程。本文通过方法研究和现场管理优化技术 ,分析和改进了大型石化装置电气安装施工工程中电气铜母排预制安装的施工方案 ,并采用了相应的施工现场管理对策 ,提高了施工质量和施工效率。

Electrical installation engineering is an important and complicated subsidiary engineering of large-scale petrochemical installations. This paper, based on work study and spot management optimization technology in industrial engineering, analyzes and redesigns the plan of electrical copper buses prefabrication and installation, and adopts the corresponding management measures. The results show that the quality and efficiency are highly enhanced.
