烟叶加工中润叶机加水系统的改造

The Improvement of the Watering Control of the Conditioning Cylinder in the Tobacco Manufacture

烟叶的含水量是保证其加工质量的一个重要因素 ,采用分布式计算机控制技术 ,实现对烟草加工设备中多台润叶机加水的自动控制。解决了由手动操作和开关量控制不能保证烟叶水分要求的问题 ,提高了烟叶的加工质量 ,同时减轻了工人的劳动强度。文中着重阐述了控制系统的功能、组成、工作原理及设计方法。

Using the distribute computer control technology, automatic accuracy control of the watering rate of conditioning cylinders is achieved in this paper. Some problems which manual operation and switch control can't meet the needs of tobacco watering are solved, and so improvements of the quality of the tobacco manufacture are carried out, and the working strengths is lowered . This paper introduces the functions, structure and principle of the control system.
