摘要
研究了碳纤维水泥基复合材料的阻 温特性。发现当温度低于某一特定值时,电阻率随温度的升高而单调降低(NTC效应)。超过此值时,则表现为电阻率随温度升高而大幅度单调增加(PTC效应)。普通水泥基材料不具有相应的阻 温特性。
The resistivitytemperature behavior of carbonfiber cementmatrix composites was studied through experimental research. It was shown that the resistivity demonstrates a large increase and the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect was observed at an elevated temperature when the composites were heated above a critical temperature. However, the resistivity decreases and presents the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect below the critical temperature. This phenomenon was not observed for plain cementbased materials.
