Psychosocial Aspects of Police of Shenzhen: Study on Quality of Life

目的 :探讨深圳警察的生活质量以及影响因素。方法 :用团体测试方法对 90 3 8名深圳警察进行生活质量量表的评定。结果 :量表有效的 610 7名深圳警察的生活质量评定结果显示 ,深圳警察的生活质量较好。从生活质量的四个维度看 ,躯体功能方面有过于乐观的倾向、心理功能积极向上、社会功能不尽如人意、物资生活维度有追求更好的意愿。此外 ,不同性别、年龄、职级、岗位的警察其生活质量有所不同(P <0 0 1)。结论 :总体上深圳警察对其生活质量较为满意 ,而且仍有积极进取的心态。不同性别、年龄和职务级别特点对深圳警察的生活质量有一定的影响。

Objective:To investigate quality of life of police of Shenzhen city Method:The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 was applied to a sample of 9038 police, 6106 of them completed the inventory Result:Most of police rated their quality of life as fine They were over-optimistic about their physical status Their subjective psychic function was better than their objective part The social functioning was not satisfying The subjective score was above objective score in logistic analysis Gender, age and position had influence on life quality Conclusion:Police of Shenzhen accept their life as fine, gender, age and position have influence on life quality
