摘要
采用以离子交换树脂负载镧为酯化催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯 ,发现有很高的催化活性、反应速度快、脱水时间短。探讨了原料比例、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化产率的影响 ,确定了较佳的工艺条件 ,并考察了催化剂重复使用效果。
Iso-amyl acetate was synthesized by using lathanum by cation exchange resin as catalyst. It has higher catalytic activity and faster reaction rate, Time of dehydration was shorter. Factors on esterification yield such as raw material ratio, catalyst consumption, reaction time and optimum technology conditions discussed. The reuse of catalyst was investigated.
