摘要
本文结合珠钢轧机生产的实际,在总结经验的基础上系统地论述了板带热轧机CVC装置电液故障及相关因素,列出了生产现场故障分析的一般过程。文章指出CVC故障主要可归类为位置控制精度达不到要求、伺服阀驱动零偏电流大于正常范围、油缸位置无法控制、油缸控制压力建立不起等。本文同时列举了故障一症状的关系表。
Combining with the practice in Zhujiang and based on the experience , The rolling milling CVC hydraulic troubles and related factors have been discussed in this Paper, the troubles analysis process in the site also has been mentioned . The main troubles of CVC have been classified as follows: the position controlling accuracy can not meet the need ; The null bias current of the servo valves are more than nominal rage ; The position of the cylinders can not be controlled ; The pressure of the cylinder can not be setup . The table of the relationship between troubles and symptoms also have been mentioned in this paper.
