摘要
针对锚杆生产过程中定长切割存在的影响因素多,控制困难,在分析各影响要素的基础上提出了综合调试的措施和方法,有效地解决了长期困扰生产的定长切割稳定性问题,稳定了产品质量、提高了生产效率。
In connection with the existing influence factors and difficult control long cutting during the anchor pole production,and after analysising all the influence factors.We come to the synthesis measure and technology,it has availably solved the stability problem of setting long cutting which has existed for a long time,and stabilized the quality of the products and improved the efficiency of the products.
