摘要
介绍了一种承压管道检测机器人的多级通讯系统,对多级通讯系统的网络结构和软件流程作了全面介绍。重点介绍了无线局域网技术在承压管道检测机器人远程监控中的应用,实现了对机器人的远程监控。机器人本体的所有末端执行器都是标准串口设备,本文提出了一种能使传统的RS232/422/485设备,立即转换成具备TCP/IP网络界面的网络外设的经济、快速的解决方案。
A novel multilevel communication system for a boiler tubing inspection robot is presented.The paper introduces the network infrastructure and the software of the communication system.An IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN is applied to controlling the robot remotely.Since all the end-effectors on the robot are standard serial equipments,an indispensable protocol converter is developed, which facilitates the data transfer between the two different protocols.
