Cr∶Nd∶GSGG晶体1.061μm受激发射截面随温度变化特性研究

摘要 测量了Cr∶Nd∶GSGG晶体从 - 70℃到 +80℃温度下的荧光发射光谱和荧光寿命 ,计算了该晶体在不同温度下 1 .0 61 μm受激发射截面 。 The fluorescent emission spectra and radiative lifetime of Cr∶Nd∶GSGG crystal between -70 ℃ and +80 ℃ are measured and the peak stimulated emission cross sections at 1.061 μm for different temperature are calculated. A linear temperature dependence between -70 ℃ and +80 ℃ is given for the peak stimulated emission cross section of Nd 3+ ions and Cr 3+ ions co doped GSGG.
