非公有制经济的发展经过了一个曲折的过程,1992年以后迅速发展,现已成为社会主义市场经济的基本市场主体。应该从理论上进一步提升非公有制经济的地位,破除“危害公有制主体地位”论。更充分、更深入地认识非公有制经济在我国经济、政治、文化方面的重大作用。

Non-public-owned economy, having undergone twists and turns, has developed fast since 1992, which has become the main part of the basic market in socialist market economy. Effort must be made to further uplift, theoretically, the status of non-public-owned economy, to undermine the theory that it is detrimental to the mainstay of public-owned economy, and to understand more deeply and completely the role it has played in China's economy, politics and culture.
