This paper sets forth the countermoves that the construction enterprises of our country take after “Chinas entry into the WTO” from four aspects: learning advanced foreign experiences of managing project items, quickening the steps of developing the qualified personnel, upholding on the strategy of improving the quality, creating good environments for the enterprises production and operation.
