摘要
文章从学习国外先进的工程项目管理经验、加快人才开发步伐、坚持质量发展战略、创造良好的企业生产经营环境四个方面 ,阐述了入世后我国建筑企业进行项目管理的对策。
This paper sets forth the countermoves that the construction enterprises of our country take after “Chinas entry into the WTO” from four aspects: learning advanced foreign experiences of managing project items, quickening the steps of developing the qualified personnel, upholding on the strategy of improving the quality, creating good environments for the enterprises production and operation.
