面对 2 1世纪 ,学校要培养德、智、体全面发展的高素质开拓型人才 ,以适应新世纪我国社会主义市场经济发展的需要。文章根据培养新世纪人才的需要 ,对高校体育教学中思想品德教育作重新思考 ,提出了新的任务与方法。

In the 21st century, the students with high diathesis and deploitation energy in moral education, brains and physical education should be trained in order to fit the development of our socialist market economy. According to the need in training the personnels of the new century, the article discusses the moral character in physical education in colleges and universities again and raising new tasks and methods.
