Data Simulation of Thickener Sedimentation Experiment

利用数值分析方法对污泥浓缩工艺进行实验仿真。根据实验数据标定点来寻找和拟合沉降函数模型,并在此基础上进行计算;再根据生产实际要求污泥浓缩所要达到的底流浓度,计算出单位质量固体沉降所需的面积,可为浓缩机的几何尺寸设计提供实验依据。

To perform experimental simulati on for sludge thickening process utilizing numeric value analysis,based o n the experimental data to seek and form a s edimental function and to calculate the area requested for solid sedimen tation per unit of mass,according to practice requi rement of bottom flow concentration to put forward experimental basis fo r thickener geo-metric design.
