The Conceptions of “Fa” in Chinese Philosophy —— The Comparison of the Explanations on “Fa” from Early Chinese Philosophical Texts to the Latter Legalist's Works

文章旨在简要分析“法”字在早期中国哲学典籍及法家著述中的用法,试图证明在后来的法家著作中“法”字在法律、正义、惩罚等意义内涵上并没有改变早期哲学经典的诠释。

The aim of this article is to briefly analyze the conceptions of 揻a?in early Chinese philosophical texts and in the works of so-called Legalists, and try to prove that the connotations of 揻a?as standard, model in early Chinese philosophical texts had not simply changed to Law, punishment, justice in the latter Legalists?works.
