Reflections on Legal Problems Involved in Economic Activities in Colleges and Universities

社会主义市场经济是法制经济,即以各种法律、法规和制度界定市场经济行为主体的活动范围,各种利益主体都必须在各自的范围内遵循市场规律、依法进行活动。随着教育体制改革的不断深入,高等学校已逐步融入市场经济活动中,法律法规在给高校经济活动提供各种便利和保障的同时,对高校依法理财、规范管理、正确履行法律义务也提出了更高的要求,高校需要在各种经济活动中严格遵守相关的法律规律,实现高校规范发展的目的。

The socialist market economy is a legal one, which acts within a boundary delimited by all sorts of laws, regulations and systems. Any interest subject should make legal activities respectively by observing the law of market. As the reform of education system developing continuously, colleges and universities have been involved in the market economy activities. When these laws and regulations provide institutions of higher learning with all kinds of convenience and insurance in their economic activities, they also raise higher requirements, such as financial management by law, standard administration and fulfilling obligations correctly. Colleges and universities need to observe related regularities of law in various economic fields, so that they could achieve their purpose of normal development.
