摘要
饭店培训者和实际工作者经常面对这样的一个困惑:培训搞了不少,但实际效果却不理想。怎样才能真正解决酒店培训效果的问题越来越成为饭店管理人员所关注的焦点。笔者根据问卷调查结果,分析现代酒店培训中出现的诸多问题,加以比较,并提出提高酒店培训效果的对策。
As far as documentation is concerned ,practitioners and academic researchers have not succeeded in explaining the puzzle of why the more hospitality organizations' input in training,the less the output is.Only by considering both internal factors and external factors can we explain the puzzle and solve the problems concerning training effectiveness.This study mainly analyses the factors influencing training effectiveness.
