摘要
教师的培养在各高校受重视程度逐年呈明显上升趋势 ,但许多高校在教师培养的观念、制度、行为等方面存在着的误区 ,本文主要阐述当前高校教师培养中主要存在的五个方面的误区 。
It tends to go obviously up that the training of college teachers is paid much attention to at colleges. However, there still exist some misunderstandings of training college teachers concerned with sense, regulations, methods and ways, etc.This article discusses mainly five misunderstandings existing in training at present and puts forward appropriate solutions to this misunderstandings.
