Lishui City is the pilot ecological construction area in our country. Therefore the control and substitution of farm chemicals, fertilizer and agricultural membrane concern the issue of establishing a virtuous circle ecological environment and the sustainable development. This article analyzes the present application of agricultural chemicals in Lishui City and its future trend, and then it points out that controlling and substituting the agricultural chemicals will lead to the rational application of agricultural chemicals and the elimination of environmental pollution.
