电磁线用扁导线偏差等精度控制原理及应用

摘要 扁导线窄边a、宽边b的尺寸相差较大,标准规定的允许偏差与其尺寸相比,并不成比例。就其精度而言,a边精度低于b边精度。在换位导线和组合导线生产中,由于涂漆后漆包扁线窄边A的偏差有累积效应,使得组合厚度方向的尺寸难以控制。本文提出等精度的控制原理,并对其应用进行了阐述。 There is a large difference between the thickness a and the width b of the rectangular conductor. The tolerances specified in the standard are not in proportional to the size. Dimension a has a less accurate size than b. During the production of transposed conductors and assembled conductors, the assembled thickness of the finished enamel rectangular conductor is hard to control due to the accumulation of size errors of the dimension a after enameling. Therefore, the concept of equal accuracy control is presented, which is explained in this article.
