摘要
针对一台老式75MW机组产生油膜振荡问题,描述了产生振动的现象和特点,通过试验对产生的油膜振荡进行了分析和诊断,对产生油膜振荡的原因进行了阐述,并采取减小轴瓦顶隙等有效措施进行处理,消除了汽轮机油膜振荡。
Phenomena and features of oil whip occurred to an old 75MW units are described,causes of oil whip are expounded,some resolutions to the above problem are suggested.
