摘要
介绍了一种半桥逆变式电子束焊机高压电源的工作原理和控制电路。根据 PL C的控制技术及电子束焊机用高压电源的特点 ,提出一种以 IGBT元件作为逆变器件来实现高压电源的高效小型化。采用 PL C控制技术实现电源的软启动功能 ,自动调节电路采用 A/ D和 D/ A转换技术 ,提高了电源的可靠性。经过试验 ,电源的各项性能指标都达到了预期的设计目标 。
This paper introduces the working principle of high voltage source with half-bridge inverter for electronic beam welder. Based on the characteristic of power source and PLC controlling technology, IGBT is used as inverter to realize a small volume of the power source and soft-start of the power source. A/D and D/A technology is used in auto-adjusting circuits to improve the reliability of power source. There are protection circuits in the power source . The experiments show this power source meets the requirements of welding technology.
