摘要 采用 FDTD法研究了 ESD电流注入到细导线中所产生的辐射场 ,建立了数值模型 ,并计算和分析了产生的辐射场特征及导线半径和导线长度对辐射场的影响 ,结果表明 :在同等条件下 ,ESD电流通过细导线产生的辐射场比ESD火花产生的辐射场强的多 ,FDTD法与 Mo In this paper, radiated electromagnetic field by injecting ESD current into thin wire is studied using FDTD method and the numerical model is established. Characteristic of the radiation field and influence of the radius and the length of the wire on the radiation field are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the radiation field by injecting ESD current into thin wire is far stronger than that generated by ESD spark at the same condition. The calculation results obtained by FDTD method are consistent with those by MoMTD method and also in agreement with the experimental results.
