摘要
分析了SEL-311C振荡闭锁装置在系统振荡过程中的动作行为,并与我国典型的WXH-11X微机型线路保护装置中的振荡闭锁装置进行比较。讨论了电力系统振荡过程中发生故障时,重新开放保护的问题。利用SELogic方程,对SEL-311C中不适应我国电网的振荡闭锁装置提出了改进措施。
This paper analyses the behavior of the SEL-311C OOS(Out-of-Step) bocking device in the power system OOS process, as compared with that in WXH-11X microprocessor based line protection. The question under discussion is that the fault occurs when the power system has been in OOS state and how to deblock the protection. SE Logic equation to SEL-311C's OOS bocking device in which the improving measure of the circuit not suitable for our power system,has been put forward.
