摘要 30kW高功率密度质子交换膜燃料电池堆的研制工作主要包括:(1)建立测试大功率质子交换膜燃料电池单电池或电池堆的工作站;(2)大功率高比功率质子交换膜燃料电池堆的工程设计;(3)组装单电池,建立诊断、测试并改进质子交换膜 电极(三合一体)效能的技术;(4)组装30kW电池堆,并建立诊断、测试、改进其效能的技术。神力公司研制成功的30kW质子交换膜燃料电池堆比功率达到:720W/L,708W/kg。 The 30 kW protonexchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack with high power density was successfully developed. The R&D work includes four parts:(1)the construction of PEMFC working station for testing and improving the performance of single PEMFC or PEMFC stacks with power capacity ranged from 01 kW to 50 kW;(2) the engineering design of PEMFC stack with high power density; (3) assembling single PEMFCs and establishing the technologies for testing and improving the membrane electrode assemble (MEA);(4) assembling a 30 kW PEMFC stack with the power density and specific power of 720 W/L and 708 W/kg respectively and establishing the technology to test and improve the performance of PEMFC stack.
