摘要
以圆柱形碱性蓄电池封口实践为基础,分析了电池漏液的原因和解决封口技术的机理,提出了检验封口质量的耐压标准应大于防爆塞的开启压力,给出了主要工作尺寸计算式和合理实用的压缩变形系数参考量。以封口模的设计实例,表述了完整的设计思想和方法,对圆柱形碱性蓄电池(Cd Ni,MH Ni)、碱锰电池、锂离子蓄电池、锂电池等封口技术,具有可行性。
The reason for battery leakage and the mechanism of sealing technology were analyzed on the basis of practical sealing of cylindrical alkaline battery. The results show that the compression standard for testing the sealing quality should be higher than the venting pressure of safe valve. The calculation formula for the main working dimensions and the reasonable reference to compressed deformation coefficient were provided. The complete design idea and method were also described according to the practical example of sealing mould. The sealing technology is feasible to cylindrical alkaline batteries(NiCd, NiMH), alkaline manganese battery, Liion battery, lithium cell, etc.
