摘要
根据电池组的特殊组合要求,详细介绍了电池组的组装过程,并针对电池组装过程遇到的技术问题,在关键工序如粘接、焊接中,应用磁铁等新材料、新工艺进行改进设计,有效解决了组装后电池组外形尺寸及正负极引片中心线平行等难题,改进前后的对比效果明显。各工序合格率显著提高。文章还对其它几种类型(L型、F型、T型、U型)的电池组组装过程的工装设备提出了改进设计的着重点。
The assembly process of battery pack was introduced in detail according to the special requirement of packing. The new materials and technologies, such as adopting magnet in sticking, welding and other key procedures, were designed and improved. The problems, including the external dimension of battery pack after assembly and the parallel of central lines of positive/negative tabs, were solved effectively. The comparison of efficiency before and after improvement shows that the qualified ratios for each procedure are increased. The improvement focuses of equipment for assembling battery packs with various sizes, including Lsized, Fsized, Tsized, Usized, etc., were also presented.
