摘要
以德国产NETZCH型TG-DTA热重分析仪所作草酸、草酸钙实谱图中的数据处理为例,探讨了有关外延反应起始温度、孤峰求面积的仪器数据处理中存在的问题,以及在基线漂移引起的几何变形、重叠峰分解方面仪器处理的缺陷,论证了国际热分析联合会提议的以峰侧最大斜率外延起始温度的方法的不足,继而补充了“2σ”定值法。
This paper,based on the data of oxalic acid and calcium oxalate obtained from the NETZCH, TG-DTA equipment made in Germany for differential thermal analysis, dealt with problems in han-dling the initial temperature of extension and in obtaining the area from a single peak. It discussed the deficiency in geometrical change caused by the floating of the base line and in the separation of over-lapping peaks to a great extent,thus supplementing '2σ' new method.
