A measurement & c ontrol system of plasma spraying device was presented in this paper.It is based on the AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer ,and contains A/D converter module,D/A c onverter module,keyboard module,switch c ontrol module and LCD module.The main fu nction of this system is to control the process and measure parameters of plasma spraying device.It is small and stable, but has many functions.A detailed descri ption is given in the design of human-ma chine interface and anti-interference te chniques,which can improve the whole cap ability of the system.
