摘要
介绍了利用糯米粉的膨化、交联制备芯砂粘结剂的方法,讨论了反应条件对粘结剂质量的影响,找出最佳反应条件及工艺配比。实验结果表明,该砂芯粘合剂与传统粘合剂相比,对环境无污染、具有优良的工艺性能。
The method to prepare core binder of expansion irltertexture of polished glutinous rice powder has been described with discussion about influence of reacting conditions on binder quality and best ones have been found out. The experimental results have, shown that such adhesive possessed better technology properties and less pollution than that of the traditional one.
