纳米TiO_2/甲基丙烯酸甲酯原位乳液聚合研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用原位乳液聚合方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)包覆TiO_2(TiO_2/PMMA),发现纳米TiO_2对甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合无阻聚作用。研究表明:PMMA包覆在纳米TiO_2表面主要为物理包覆,有少量化学包覆。在丙烯酸涂料中,TiO_2/PMMA比TiO_2更易分散。用TiO_2/PMMA制得的涂料流平性好,涂膜性能优良。 This article has described the in situ emulsion polymerization of nano - scale TiO2 encapsulated with polymethyl methacrylate (TiO2/ PMMA), and found that the nano - scale TiO2 shows no effect on inhibition of polymerization of MMA. It has shown that the main part of PMMA was encapsulated on TiO2 physically, only a few was encapsulated chemically. The TiO2/ PMMA is more easily dispersed in acrylic paint system than TiO2. The paint shows better leveling property and excellent film performance.
