摘要
将纳米SiO_2分散到紫外光固化体系,通过紫外光原位固化制得纳米SiO_2/聚丙烯酸酯复合涂层。纳米SiO_2的分散稳定性受活性稀释单体、齐聚物和纳米SiO_2含量等因素影响。红外光谱测试表明,纳米SiO_2与有机基料产生相互作用。TEM表明,复合涂层中纳米SiO_2呈有效的分散状态。
The nano - scale silica was dispersed in UV curing system and cured under UV light to prepared a nano - scale silica / polyacry-late compound coatings. The dispersing stability of nano - scale silica was influenced by active diluents, oligomers, and amount of nano - scale silica. The infrared test result has shown the reaction of nano - scale silica with organic binders; and the TEM test result has shown that silica was effectively dispersed in the compound coatings film.
