摘要
用正交试验和极差分析的方法研究了Texanol和丙二醇对乳胶漆性能的影响,通过考查涂膜的冻融稳定性、干燥时间和硬度等指标,用极差分析方法优化了增塑剂与防冻剂的用量,为降低涂料配方的VOC含量的同时而不降低涂膜性能提供了一个科学的方法。
The influences of Texanol and propylene glycol on emulsion paint properties were studied by use of orthogonal test and range analysis. The amount of plasticizer and antifreeze agent used was optimized by use of range analysis, based on the freeze - thaw stability, dry time and hardness, to provide a scientific approach for reduction of VOC of the formulation, but maintaining of the film properties.
