摘要
采用甲苯二异氰酸酯、双羟基化合物、二羟烷基羧酸和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯合成了UV固化的水性阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯.用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)证实了该预聚物的结构,并讨论了羧基含量、原料不同配比等影响涂膜性能的因素;通过对涂膜吸水率、光泽度、硬度、拉伸强度等方面的测试,表明了合成的预聚物UV固化后具有良好的涂膜性能.
The aniou UV-curing water soluble prepolymer was synthe sized with toluene diisocyanate, dihydroxy compound, dihydroxyalkyl carboxylic a cid and polyurethane acrylate. The structure of the prepolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. And some influencing factors of the coating film were studied. Some tests show that the synthetic prepolymer UV cured has good coating film behaviour.
