Ecological Gardens City Construction in Yue yang Cit y

以生态学理论为基本原则,根据国家园林城市建设标准,提出了岳阳市生态园林城市建设和城市绿地规划的建议.岳阳市生态园林城市绿化建设的目标是:到2005年规划建设绿化覆盖率达到36%,绿地率达到32%,人均公共绿地面积9m2;到2015年规划建设绿化覆盖率达到40%,绿地率达到35%,人均公共绿地面积13m2.规划中注重城市生态体系的建立,注重保持生态平衡、保护生物多样性,通过城市绿化和生态园林的建设,达到人与社会、环境的和谐.

According to th e theory of ecology and the standards of ecological city, this paper studied the construction of ecological gardens city in Yueyang city. The plan shaped a targ et of the construction as follow:To the year of 2005, the percentage of greenery coverage would be 36%, the open space ratio would be 32%, and the average publi c green land per capita would be 9m2. And to the year of 2015, the percentage of greenery coverage would be 40%, the open space ratio would be 35%, and the av erage public green land per capita would be 13m2. The urban greenland pl an emphasized on setting up ecological system, keeping ecological balance and pr otecting biological diversity. The construction of whole urban afforestation cou ld make a harmony between people, society and environment, and urban resourc e could be used continually.
