摘要
将Hilbert Huang变换引入齿轮故障诊断,提出了局部Hilbert能量谱的概念,同时建立了一种基于Hilbert Huang变换的齿轮故障诊断方法:Hilbert能量谱方法.该方法首先采用EMD方法将齿轮故障振动信号分解为若干个固有模态函数(IntrinsicModeFunc tion,简称IMF)之和,然后选择包含故障信息的IMF分量进行Hilbert变换得到局部Hilbert能量谱。在局部瞬时能量图中可以发现,齿轮故障振动信号具有明显的冲击特征,从而可进一步对齿轮故障进行诊断.
Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is a new and self - adaptive signal processing method, which includes EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposit ion) method.In this paper, the concept of local Hilbert energy spectrum was es tablished. Meanwhile, a gear fault diagnosis method based on HHT named Hilbert e nergy spectrum was proposed, in which the gear fault vibration signal is decompo sed into a number of intrinsic mode function(IMF) components, and the local Hilb ert energy spectrum ca n be obtained by applying Hilbert transform to some IMF components including fau lt information. The gear fault vibration signal changes periodically on the time axis of the local Hilbert energy spectrum, and the shock characteristic of gear fault vibration can be detected obviously from the local instantaneous energy. T herefore, the gear fault can be diagnosed.
