电网电压无功综合控制中若干问题的探讨

Discussion on Problems of Integrated Control for Voltage and Reactive Power In Power Network

根据电网现有电压无功综合控制方式的调试和运行情况 ,对目前电压无功综合控制中存在的一些问题 ,如设备的硬件问题、功能问题和运行管理问题 ,进行了探讨。对装置的闭锁功能、控制策略、运行方式和人机界面等详细深入地分析和研究。最后对电网无功综合控制系统的发展趋势进行了展望 。

This paper discusses some problems on integrated control for voltage and reactive power in power network, such as the hardware, functions and managements according to the existing situation of using VQCs. Especially, some detail analyses for the lock of VQCs, control strategies, operation mode and interface are presented. Finally, this paper prospects the development of integrated control for voltage and reactive power and gives some problems which should be answered as soon as possible.
