Research on the Network Scan Authority Certificate Mechanism

针对网络安全管理领域,本文提出网络扫描权限证书的概念、组成,并提出类X.509的扫描证书管理机制,从技术角度探索了解决网络扫描合法性的问题,从而为网络安全管理开拓了新思路。

In this paper, we put forward the new conception,composition and mechanism of the Network Scan Authority Certificate, and propose the X.509like scan certificate management mechanism in order to introduce a new idea of network security management. We also study how to resolve the problem of network scan validity.
