基于PHOENIX系列磨齿机的磨齿参数设计

Design of the Hypoid Grinding Parameter on PHOENIX Series Grinder

本文分析了现阶段我国准双曲面齿轮的磨齿工艺存在的问题,并从准双曲面齿轮的加工原理入手,提出了在格里森PHOENIX系列磨齿机上对准双曲面齿轮进行磨齿的工艺参数的计算。加工试验表明,采用该种方法计算的参数,适合我国汽车驱动桥准双曲面齿轮的磨齿加工,并能保证高质量、大批量的生产要求。

The article analyses the existing problems onhypoid grinding technology in China, and puts forward themethod of calculating hypoid grinding parameter onPHOENIS series grinding machine according to the theoryof manufacturing hypoid gears. Tests proved that theparameter calculated by the new method was fit for grindingof hypoid gears and manufacturing of high-quality, large-quantity products in China.
